Kids' Fishing Clinic
A morning built for young anglers — the gear, the basics, and most kids leave with a story.
A kids' fishing clinic brings young anglers to the water to learn the basics in a friendly, low-pressure morning at the lake. Folds neatly into the one-day plan if you've got kids along.
This year's date, time, location, and host: to be confirmed. Details go up once the organizers announce them. Watch the events page.
Good to know
No swim beach, no lifeguard, snowmelt-cold water: keep little kids close to shore (more). While you're here, the free, self-guided Tour of Carvings is a hit with kids. Adults fishing alongside will need a Colorado license and PRID permit (permits).
